Greensmith has provided over twenty battery systems to its customers, who include eight major utilities, renewable power producers, research institutions, and other institutions working on sustainable end-user solutions such as EVs and solar photovoltaics.
In addition, Greensmith has worked with multiple battery and inverter suppliers worldwide. For each new supplier, Greensmith’s engineering team performs quality assurance testing to vet new products and the supplier’s manufacturing process. Part of this process includes regional electrical certifications.
Greensmith works to ensure that our battery operating system will work with various battery manufacturers, remaining “Battery Agnostic.” This allows our customers to use the best battery for their desired application, and get the best prices available in the market. Greensmith focuses primarily on Lithium Ion batteries, and different batteries within this chemistry type are optimized to different applications. Battery agnosticism means choosing the best battery to fit a customer’s needs.
